Welcome to OpenAd.net we are the world's first company to sell advertising, marketing and design ideas online.
Whether you are a small organisation or multi-national blue-chip company, OpenAd.net can provide you with marketing solutions that are faster, better and cheaper than other service providers. Our web-based service gives you access to ideas from our online community of 10,000 Creatives from over 12 countries. Their ideas offer solutions to your marketing problems - be they advertising, design or marketing-related.
And in an industry where speed and cost efficiencies give you competitive edge, we deliver more efficiently than practically anyone.

Membership gives you instant access to OpenAd.net's huge pool of talent in two ways.
First, Members can view up to fourteen Gallery categories into which Creative enter ideas. Their work is categorised by market sectors - from food and drink to financial and insurance. Every idea you see is an original and previously unpublished work.
Alternatively, users can hold online pitches by posting a specific brief. Within days, your OpenAd account will be full of solutions from around the world, long-listed or short-listed by our experienced client services staff. OpenAd.net guarantees that a minimum of 20 ideas will be pitched to you. You may buy these ideas, priced by the Creative, either for twelve months or in perpetuity. And if you are a first time advertiser, we can even offer informal advice (although we cannot recommend individuals or services).
What kind of ideas can I buy on OpenAd.net?
Our Creatives have experience creating everything from TV, radio and print adverts, DM, corporate, events and PR as well as digital.
Ideas on OpenAd.net appear in a variety of forms and in various stages of development. The site contains ideas that are ready for production, (such as a scripted and storyboarded TV ad or a press ad that has been highly finished on a graphics package), as well as ideas at an earlier stage of development, such as quick sketches or scamps.
The ideas sold on OpenAd.net can consist of a single element, such as a Print or TV ad, or a campaign that features several different elements. Ideas can be entered within the following media elements:

The ideas are always presented with visuals and a descriptive text in English.
Who supplies ideas to OpenAd.net?
Our Creatives come from over 125 countries worldwide, ranging from young advertising freelancers to established, award-winning creative directors. The Creatives are copywriters, art directors and designers, as well as people from other creative disciplines.
Is there a selection procedure for ideas before they are entered in the Gallery?
OpenAd.net checks that the Creative' ideas are of an acceptable standard in terms of quality, originality and authenticity. They are checked by experienced creative directors and account handlers.
Before any idea is displayed in the Gallery or in a pitch holder's personal portfolio, we make sure that its message and function are clearly expressed. If any part of the idea is unclear or is thought to need further work, it is returned to the Creative for revision.
Our technical evaluation team works closely with our Creative, making sure that they are the sole owner/creator of the material submitted. They also check that permission has been gained for any third party components used within an idea. (Obviously if third-party components are involved, Buyers need to purchase licences for these components separately.)
The team also makes sure that the Creatives never submit ideas that were produced previously for third parties or ideas that have already had exposure outside OpenAd.net.
The quality and integrity of the ideas on OpenAd.net is of the greatest importance to us. Therefore, we will not hesitate to take strict action against anybody attempting to bypass any of these rules.
What can OpenAd.net do for me?
OpenAd.net provides you with access to the world's biggest creative department. Our network of over 10,000 Creatives are based in over 125 countries. No other service can boast such diversity in terms of range of creative talent and variety of multi-national backgrounds. Creatives may be freelancers or based in agencies, and have a range of level of experience; from students to creative directors.
As a Member, you have quick, easy and cost-effective access to unbranded ideas from a large number of Creatives across the world, and the opportunity to license those ideas for your own use.
OpenAd.net also offers companies and agencies a platform on which to hold pitches for ideas that fit their own unique requirements.
How do I buy ideas on OpenAd.net?
If you are a Member and require ideas that address a marketing or communications issue specific to your brand, you can hold a pitch and invite our Creatives to post ideas that match your creative brief.
Unbranded ideas are displayed in specialised categories in the Gallery. They are available only to Members with access to these relevant categories. The categories to which you have access will depend on the membership package you choose.
You can choose to license ideas for different periods of time and for different parts of the world. Licences can last for either twelve months or for a lifetime. All twelve month licences are 50% of the cost of lifetime licences, and are renewable (subject to negotiation). You can also choose whether your licence covers a single territory, multiple territories or the entire world.
The cost will vary according to the period and scale of the licence you require. Creatives choose the price of each idea. They can choose to follow the OpenAd standard pricing guidelines or to set their own price. If they choose to follow the OpenAd guidelines then details such as your company's revenue, the size and power of the market you are buying for and the number and type of elements in the idea, will influence the price of your licence.
When holding a pitch for ideas, you can set a future licence price for ideas that come in reply to a pitch. If you do not set one, then the Creatives will price their own work.

When licensing, do bear in mind that additional components such as photo stock images or the rights to music are often subject to third-party copyright. So if you wish to license these components as well, you will need to acquire a separate licence.
When can I start buying ideas?
As soon as you have become a Member. Every membership package allows access to at least one Gallery category selected by you and allows you to hold at least one pitch.
There are three steps to becoming a Member:
  1. Register as a Buyer
  2. Choose your membership package
  3. Sign your Membership Agreement
To become a Member you must first register for a Buyer's account.
