FAQ - Legal, Contracts, Security
What contracts do I need to sign?
There are two contracts that apply to Members; the Membership Agreement and the Licence Agreement.
After ordering a Membership package, you will receive the Membership Agreement via email. This agreement governs the rights and responsibilities of Members and OpenAd.net. In order to complete the membership procedure, you will need to print out, sign and send two copies to us at OpenAd UK Ltd, 8 Hanover Street.
The Licence Agreement defines the terms of your licence. Each licence varies according to length of term (twelve months or in perpetuity) and according to the territories covered, (single, multiple or worldwide). You will need to agree to the Licence Agreement every time you purchase (licence) an idea. You will also receive a hard copy of the Licence Agreement from OpenAd.net. For more information on the Membership and Licence Agreements please read our legal section.
