Invalid username/password
If the system returns an error message stating that you have entered an invalid username and/or password, please check to see whether you have entered them correctly.
The password is case sensitive, so if you registered a password containing both upper and lower case characters, you should enter your password using that exact combination of upper and lower case characters. If you still have problems entering your password, use the procedure for retrieving forgotten passwords, or contact registration@openad.net.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password:
  1. Click on the link provided on the login page
  2. This will take you to a page that allows you to enter your username and receive an email containing a link
  3. Clicking this link within the email will take you to a page where you can choose and confirm a new password
  4. You can then log onto OpenAd.net using your new password
If you receive an error message stating that the username you entered does not exist, please contact registration@openad.net.
Deactivated user account
Your user account may be deactivated for a number of reasons.
