Validation email
After entering your details and confirming that they are truthful and complete, you will receive a validation email.
Clicking the link within the validation email does two things.
  1. It activates your Buyer's account. This means you have completed the registration process. You can now log into OpenAd.net using your username and password.
  2. It takes you forward to a page providing details on becoming a Member of OpenAd.net. If you register without becoming a Member, you will be taken to this page every time you log on. You will not be able to access categories or hold pitches for ideas until you have selected and paid for a Membership package.
If you wish to become a Member, you should first contact membership@openad.net. Our staff are on hand to help you select the right package.
Troubleshooting
When validating your account, you may encounter the following problems:
  1. You have not received the validation email
Check to see whether your mailbox is full or the email has been recognised as junk mail. If you still have not received a validation email within a few hours, please contact registration@openad.net.
  2. You cannot activate your user account
If account activation fails for any reason, please contact registration@openad.net.
  3. You receive an 'Activation already used' message
If your account has already been activated and you try to activate it again, you will receive a message stating that the activation has already been used. This may occur if you click the activation link within the validation email more than once. Please contact registration@openad.net for help.
  4. Activation time expired
This means that you have not activated your account by the designated deadline for activation. Please contact registration@openad.net for help.
