All the ideas that you find in our Gallery or receive in response to pitches are created by our worldwide network of Creatives. The identity of our Creatives is kept confidential until the purchase of their idea is complete. However, Creatives can still choose to remain anonymous even at this stage. The rights to all ideas in the Gallery belong to OpenAd.net. This is because all Creatives assign their copyright to us (for 18 months) when they ask us to market their ideas in the Gallery. Therefore, whenever you wish to purchase one of these ideas, you must do so via OpenAd.net. When you've purchased an idea it is up to you how you decide to execute it. You can choose to do it yourself, via a third party or of course with the Creative who generated the idea. If you don't have an agency, our client service can walk you through the whole process and will, if asked, suggest ways in which you can get your idea made. As always, we're here to help with every step of the process; from the discovery of ideas, to licensing them and then getting them to work for you. |
