What the licence doesn't cover

The Membership Agreement covers many important aspects of OpenAd.net. However, it is equally important to understand what is DOESN'T cover. Ideas that appear on OpenAd.net often contain additional components. These additional components for example music, or Corbis or Photolibrary images are included by the Creative to help present their idea, but are separate from it. Therefore, if you purchase a licence for that idea, it is important to realise that you are purchasing a licence for the idea only. You are not necessarily purchasing a licence for all of the components on show. Under these circumstances, if you wish to acquire the additional components, you will need to negotiate and acquire their licences separately from the copyrights holders.
