Exclude third-party material from all ideas
No third party may own any copyrights or intellectual property rights in an idea submitted by a creative. Creatives must be the sole owners of all the ideas they submit.
Creatives must own and control each and every intellectual property right in each submitted idea; these include all intellectual property rights in design and layout, photos and music, as well as all other material rights.
