Members
OpenAd.net Members provide us with personal details that allow us to process and meet orders, calculate prices, notify them of the status of their order, and keep them informed of any updates or changes to the website.
If a Member licenses an idea through OpenAd.net, we will disclose to the author the Member's name, their industry and the territory for which they have purchased the idea. This provision appears in the Membership Agreement, which is the legally binding document signed by every Member of OpenAd.net.
If OpenAd.net reasonably suspects that any user of the site has infringed copyright or any other intellectual property rights, we will disclose to the author of the material, and to any Member that has purchased such material, the computer log of Members that viewed the idea before the infringement took place. This provision appears in the Licence Agreement, which is a legally binding document whose terms are accepted by a Member every time they license an idea.
